Dear Valued Resident,

Welcome to the Official Apartment Laundry Booking System™ 🧺✨
Please read the following regulations VERY CAREFULLY before attempting to book a slot. Non-compliance may result in permanent laundry privileges revocation. 😤

• 📌 Each resident is entitled to book ONE (1) slot per week (subject to availability, which is basically never lol) 🤷
• 🕐 The booking portal opens at RANDOM INTERVALS during standard work hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 GMT) ⏰ — because we believe in ✨spontaneity✨
• 🚫 Booking outside designated portal hours will result in a SYSTEM ERROR 💀 The servers need their beauty sleep 😴
• ⚠️ All bookings are processed through our Quantum Laundry Allocation Engine™ (patent pending) 🔬🧪
• 👑 Priority booking privileges have been granted to ARAM and JACOB due to their Outstanding Laundry Citizenship Score™ 🏆📈
• 🧹 Lint trap inspection is MANDATORY before and after each cycle. Violators will face the Lint Tribunal ⚖️👨‍⚖️
• 🔇 No loud music in the laundry room. The washing machines are very sensitive and have feelings too 🥺💕
• 🧴 Only ALRB-approved detergents may be used. Full list available upon request (it's just Persil) 🫧
• 📸 Photographic evidence of empty lint trap must be submitted via this portal within 2 minutes of cycle completion 📱
• 🎉 Monthly "Laundry Excellence Awards" ceremony held on the last Friday of each month. Attendance is MANDATORY 🏅
